1st Annual SMU Meadows Gourmet Winter Bake Off
The Bake Off was an event I conceived, planned, advertised for and even competed in. It was originally planned as a way to bring together the staff and students in the Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts and was a wonderful experience for all, both hungry art students and hopeful competitors.
I developed a visual identity for the event and leveraged printed advertisements, digital "signage" in the art school's 10-screen digital sign advertising hub, and emails to invite students and staff to the event.
I actually competed in the event and won second place with my Caramelized Peach-Almond Crumble. View a photo gallery of the event here (many photos by me as well).
