Gabble
app UI design

The project was an app of Kenzou, an software developer who loves to wander around Taipei City and discover tasty foods. He found there is no efficient way to post a quick question and be answered by nearby people. Thus, he started the project - Gabble, A location-based inquiry app. When a user post a question in this app, the question will be seen by his/her friends and people nearby. Users can ask several forms of question: multiple choices, true-or-false or open question. Users can also answer friends’ questions and questions near them.

I worked with Kenzou’s team as a UI designer. We planned to make this app straightforward and intuitive. Tapping into the app, users can browse questions from friends and nearby people. With a “Ask” button on the top-right corner, users can quickly post what they want to know. Setting and advanced tools are hidden behind the top-left “Setting” button. The hidden column was designed as a flexible space for upcoming functions.

(It was a temparary project, the app is not on the App Store now.)
