In 2016, real estate developers Carbonleo announced the upcoming opening of Royalmount – a new 

cultural & commercial destination located at the intersection of the city’s busiest highways, in an underwhelming & under-appreciated Montreal district. To give the project a creative boost ahead of construction, we turned 

an abandoned factory located on the future site of Royalmount into an attractive hub for the community. 

In collaboration with world-renowned street artist Maser, we rejuvenated the industrial neighbourhood and

captured the attention of locals & visitors alike, creating hype long before any bricks were laid down.
