In chess, the King is the strongest player and dictates when the game ends. Using the idea of monarchy vs democracy, I set the pieces in a way where it represents the different types of  binary governments.

Using abstraction and minimalism, I represented unity vs division and how strong circles of different sizes could be when they work together rather than when they're by themselves.
