The Child Poverty Collaborative
A series of videos that highlighted the efforts made by a diverse intersection of people living, working, and serving in these communities to address the economic barriers. The video was shot on location throughout the series, including interviews with residents, faith leaders, government officials, and public health facilitators.
“Building a Health Center”
AAP Video Series
School administrators and health providers share how the American Academy of Pediatrics’ TEAMS project helped them establish a school-based health center in their rural school. The videos serve as case study examples of successfully applying the framework as well as motivating other communities considering a TEAMS approach.
Essentials for Parenting, “Sippy Cup”
Video Series - English and Spanish
Banyan was contracted by the CDC to create video dramatizations and training of real life situations that occur regularly between parents and two to four-year-old youth. Each video compels parents to consider their actions; how they interface with their children and what steps they could take to parent with positive approaches.
“Finding leverage”, Systems Dynamics
Video and Motion Graphics
An adaptive learning presentation that earned Banyan a Gold Communicator of Excellence Award – the most prestigious award bestowed by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts. The Banyan team determined that the best way to bring Chris Soderquist’s message to life would be to incorporate motion graphics which Chris would interact with.
HIV Treatment Works
Through a contract with the American Institutes of Research (AIR), Banyan produced a series of videos for CDC’s HIV Treatment Works campaign and the soon-to-be-released Trans Health Initiative. The following video features clips from interviews with three trans women describing their experiences with HIV care and treatment. It was designed to give medical providers insight into the need to provide compassionate, gender-affirming medical services.
