ABOUT
The graphic identity was crafted specifically for the ISTD brief, focusing on the banned book "Flowers for Algernon" by Daniel Keyes, which centres around a mentally disabled protagonist. To bring attention to this narrative, an innovative app was conceptualized as a novel way of engaging with the book, offering interactive experiences that transcend traditional reading methods.
The project delves into the convergence of the physical and digital realms, aiming to create an app that redefines the reading experience. The underlying concept parallels the character's journey towards heightened self-awareness with the app's evolution towards enhanced visual organization. Through this approach, the aim is to create an engaging platform that harmonizes storytelling with interactive elements.
