Pastoret is a family business from Sant Guim de Freixenet (Catalonia) that has been innovating in the creation of artisan dairy products such as mató (a sweet, unfermented fresh cheese from Catalonia), yogurts and fresh cheeses since 1992. Pastoret remain faithful to their philosophy of promoting traditional flavours and textures, with artisan production processes that allows to maintain the original features of traditional homemade products. The new visual language of Pastoret now is combining tradition with emotional freshness to reach a younger target as well.
