Inspired by many bamboo skewer designs that came before this, my primary objective was to provide an easy way of storing the variety of knives any cook may own.
Everyone has different preferred knives. They may not all fit in a convenient block. Drying and storing knives, keeping them sharp - this is a large frustration in any kitchen organization.
This Knife Rack is designed with an approachable angle for easy access, simple division for smaller/larger knives, flexible placement, and natural drying via bamboo wicking and ventilation through form.
