When starting development of this project, we had thought out carefully how to bring this apartment  to the maximum level of functionality. Thus most important decision taken at this stage was to decorate the space in the minimalist manner to avoid the use of unfunctional useless features. We have widely applied natural light brown wood to finish the walls and as prominent flooring material. The overall light and neutral color palette in the open space area was applied to further enlarge the space. The balance between light and dark colors was achieved by the installation of a black kitchen island and counter stools. The master suite is equipped with a combination bathroom. Both have cobalt blue walls which make a perfect background for the furniture and sanitary ware equipment.
