What is wrong with a second hand dress?

I made this dress during my artist residency at the Instituto Sacatar in 2011. It is made of empty bottles I have found on the beach of Itaparica at the Bahia de Todos os Santos. The dress is based on the traditional Baiana and part of my book project "What is wrong with a second hand dress?".
