This maintenance manual added value to the King County Housing Authority redevelopment landscape design efforts also undertaken by Nakano Associates. The main goal of the manual was to be easily understandable and friendly so it would actually be used by maintenance staff. The manual includes worksheets, laminated sheets and pocket folders so it can be a living document. 

I was responsible for layout design, copyediting, and production of the manual.
