Google Allo is a chatting application developed by Google. Allo includes all the necessary Google Search features and Google Assistant integrated into the chat app.It provides a "smart reply" feature that allows users to reply to messages with automatic suggestions instead of typing in different languages.

A Heuristic evaluation of the app is done in order to decode the algorithm and understanding how the algorithm affects the user interface and what could be the factors that would lead to failure or success of this application.
