Contexte. En France, depuis juillet 2016 et la modification de la loi Grenelle II, les entreprises doivent désormais inclure des données sur le gaspillage alimentaire et l'économie circulaire dans leur rapport annuel extra-financier (RSE) Principe. Pour le salarié, un frigo jaune où récupérer gratuitement à sa sortie de bureau les invendus de son restaurant d'entreprise. Pour l'entreprise, un rapport d'impact trimestriel de la réduction du gaspillage alimentaire de son service de restauration. Intention. Expliciter ce nouveau GESTE contre le gaspillage quotidien, signaler/Localiser cette nouvelle ISSUE au gaspillage, donner au frigojaune un caractère de NORME sans perdre en Sympathie. Signature. Solution AGAINST FOOD WASTE IN COMPANIES
