Brand identity created for an audiovisual producer.

Their name combines traces of the past and the present. Their artistic ambitions go beyond the obvious and attempt to express and create meanings by mixing the world of dreams or the senses with narratives from our own experience. My brief was laden with meanings and evocations of the ancestral world, with many ideas oriented towards Mayan symbology. Leaving a footprint in time was one of their objectives as artistic creators. Key words: leaving a footprint, mark, leaving a trace.

The sign of the cat came from the study of the graphics and symbology of different past civilisations (which have left theirmark and are still alive today). From this process came the idea that the identity of the producer carries the word footprint implicit in its image, and from there the idea for the creation of a rubber stamp, so that each mark (footprint) made would be lively and unique.

This work was carried out for the design studio AzulFaroDiez, under the artistic direction of Blas Rico. The branding typography was created by Blas Rico.
