THE CHALLENGE
Terminal West is one of the best venues to see live music in Atlanta. The venue books hundreds of shows per year and needed a website that was capable of displaying all their shows while being easy to update. Terminal West also started seeing growth in its younger audience and needed a modern, mobile friendly site while celebrating its storied past.
OUR SOLUTION
We rebuilt Terminal West’s website from the ground up utilizing a modern, responsive design to ensure the site loads quickly and functions across devices. We saved Terminal West’s team countless hours by automatically creating events on their site by integrating their ticketing system's API. Over 60% of their traffic is mobile. We built a custom mobile site that drives users to purchase tickets to events and created a powerful mobile search feature that makes browsing the venues 100s of events quick and simple.

Custom Template: Event Listings and Filters
Adding, removing, and maintaining events is crucial for a venue's business, but also a drain on the staff's time. Terminal West's event list needed to be gorgeous, legible, and above all else, easy to maintain. Through TicketFly integrations and a custom backend, events are now automatically populated with gorgeously styled content that can be filtered by genre.
The template was such a success, Zero Mile (Terminal West's parent company) requested a more robust version for their site. Zero Mile's page aggregates events from several of their properties and allows the user to filter by venue.
Integrating with Ticketfly
The listing of upcoming shows pulls directly from Ticketfly's API, making it incredibly easy for Terminal West to upload and manage their shows. The integrated search and Featured Shows sections make it easy for users to find the shows they're interested in, plus a column on the right shows anything else happening at the venue.

Crucial information and links are featured in the mobile version. Buttons are easy to click, the navigation menu slides in from the side of the page and everything is light and quick for smooth navigation.
Menu
Stationside, the venue's super legit restaurant, serves food both during shows and lunch hours throughout the week. We built a page that shows both menus separately and highlights their huge tap list.
Telling Their Story
Terminal West has worked hard to become one of Atlanta's top music venues. We designed an About Us page that lets them show their history and origins. Using a magazine-style timeline layout, we helped them explain Terminal West's history, from agriculture equipment factory to abandoned storehouse to thriving music venue.
