Website for Miami's Top Preconstruction Agency
THE CHALLENGE
Ines Flax is the premier oceanfront real estate agency in Miami. Ines Flax started a preconstruction division of their agency to sell ultra-luxury condos in South Florida’s most prestigious locations. We were asked to build a website that looked super high-end with powerful property search tools and effective lead capture functionality.

We were asked to build a website that looked super high-end with powerful property search tools and effective lead capture functionality.
OUR SOLUTION
We took inspiration from luxury fashion magazines to drive our designs for this site. We designed multiple search fields throughout the site and focused on easy readability in the search results by using images and large text. We built an elegant e-mail capture form that slides in from the bottom of the screen.
Responsive Design
We built a fully responsive website that showcases the incredible condos being built in Miami. The website featured strong calls to action for getting in touch with Ines Flax and showing interest in the condos.

Mobile Optimized
The mobile site focuses on imagery and is developed for quick navigation. The site fosters interest in the condos and directs users to get in contact with an agent if they're interested in buying.
Creating the Look and Feel for a Luxury Site
The goal of the site is simply to show off these high-end luxury condos and attract potential buyers. We used elegant typography and clean, bold imagery to show off these world-class properties.
Mailer
We built a mailer template for Ines Flax that features their properties and makes accessing pages on the site easy with the links at the top. The mailer was built primarily for mobile email and resizes well for desktop browsing.
Logo Redesign
As a primary part of the redesign we updated their logo, making it clean and elegant. Sticking to just a black version and a white version, we focused on a classic aesthetic with a modern touch to reflect the style of the brand.
