First Test Animation of Radial Engine
The R-380 was Lycoming's first engine (according to their website), first sold in 1929. It was used on a variety of notable aircraft from aviation history, including the Boeing Stearman, and Stinson Trimotor. This animation is part of the development for a self directed project in aviation history. Recently, my research lead to some more detailed information on this engine, so hope to more detail to the animation, as well as additional artwork based on original manuals.
