Therefore, you can´t develop a single project, Tarifa is just an excuse, the POP UP global project is the answer. A project that appears and disappears, a no place proposal that needs a continuous medium, obviously water is the root for all these activities.
A project that can be transported and set up in every place, as a kind of festival that brings together the whole surfer community.
