White Tuna
A small business in Spain, wholly owned and run by the family of Serrats, invited us to showcase their passion and dedication. Serrats is owned and operated by the same family since 1732. They asked us to showcase the traditional methods employed at their fish conservation factory. We also discovered a lot of passion and dedication to their task. We wanted to maintain the unique character of its location, a traditional fishing port, in the province of Biscay, in Basque Country, Spain. We employed a local musician to supply the soundtrack and an archive of old photographs to provide the setting in the opening sequence.
