The brand.
Monck Custom brand identity and the product itself is based on simplicity, honesty and functionality. Both the name and monogram were inspired by Mnich (monk in english), a mountain peak found in the Polish Tatras. Like a monk who is devoted to his work and calling, so is our pursuit of creating the perfect skis. The simple modernist typography with the adjusted letter N represents our custom made product, tailored to fit individual needs and expectations. Black and white basic brand colours were chosen for elegance and timeless style. Instead of changing the graphics every season, we alter only the additional colour palette of the unique diagonal design found on the ski tips. The wood rings are the integral component of the product as well as the visual identification. Like all the best skis in the world, ours too are made from the wooden core that is then in the case of Monck Custom hand selected and shaped on by our devoted "monk" experts.
