    Portuguese expressions that make absolutely no sense but everybody uses them. Portugal has thousands of expressions that come along with the country history. I'm Portuguese and I still struggle to understand all of them! Every time someone uses one of these expressions I can't help but see the actual "thing" happening in front of me, rather than understanding what the other person is saying. People do use it a lot and they're the most amusing thing about my beautiful language! Read Less
