The main aim of the design was to create a logical and organized urban structure, clearly underlining the border between the residential areas and the green belt. The architectural approach was mainly determined by existing water lines and topography directives.
 
By providing the continuity of the green corridor, the context of buildings in the East sector allows appropriate lighting. The comb layout made possible creation of air corridors that ventilate the campus. The existing water line is used in two ways – a special species of sea algae purifies and illuminates the water, lighting up the river channel.
