Forms of Fryslân is an ongoing project by landscape photographer Johannes Bosgra that aims to capture the essence of the natural and agricultural landscape of the province of Fryslân in the Netherlands, his fatherland. Icons of Fryslân like the Waddensea are the Friesian lakes are presented in a slightly abstract way with a sophisticated tonal composition.

Foarmen fan Fryslân is een project van landschapsfotograaf Johannes Bosgra. Hij wil de essentie van het natuurlandschap en het agrarische cultuurlandschap van Fryslân, zijn heitelân, overbrengen aan de wereld. Iconen van Fryslân zoals de Waddenzee en de Friese meren legt hij vast op een licht geabstraheerde wijze met subtiele kleurtonen.
