This is the illustration that I made during my illustration class demonstration. I have found a great reference that have a strong lighting with beautiful detail for me to illustrate. The purpose of this demonstration was to show students how to compose a color pencil portrait from a black / dark paper stock, as well as cleverly utilise the stock color as a negative space.
