Taste for taste, colour for colour: this is how restaurant ‘Kolonāde. Mūsu stāsti...’ in Riga describes the dynamic, seasonal menu worthy of a true gourmet, created by the head chef Ainārs Volodka. Distinctively Latvian products, with preference for all ingredients most fresh and seasonally appropriate that the Latvian soil and the Latvian farmers can produce.
