Japan is the home of amazing food and the birthplace of modern photography and as such food photography demands exceptional attention to detail. Showcasing minimalism, light, form and refined delicacy inspired by Japanese culture the aim here was to emphasise aesthetically clean, strong photography, focused on a subject, not details.
