Branding and packaging design for the social welfare program which offers free mobile services to the population with the aim of improving their social and communicational tissue and their quality of life.

Plan Sonrisas is a social welfare program created with the aim of giving to 50,000 citizens access to mobile services. For the graphic I selected elements that represented clearly the services that the program offers and also represented the concepts of technology all mixed with the corporate identity of the County Council and the Bocasonríe program.
