A live brief from The Met Office, the challenge was to visualise the weather forecast in a different way. I designed an app with the use of shape and line to visualise the weather elements. The idea was for the weather conditions to be communicated in a simple and clear way.

Not only did I want the weather visuals to be simple but I also wanted the navigation of the app to be simple too. Checking the weather needs to be quick and easy, nothing complicated. There is a search icon to find a location and a menu icon that takes you to a key of the meanings of each shape. You simply swipe the screen left or right to view the different days and tap the arrows to view different times. It has a fast and easy navigation and a clean and clear design.
