Giordano PH recently launched a Voltes V Tee Design Contest: The Ultra Electromagnetic 40th Anniversary. The goal was to create a design for a shirt (Front and Back) with the use of only 5 colors representing the 40th Anniversary of the beloved and nostalgic Japanese Anime television series - Voltes V.
This design is the 40th Volt In! It shows the famous Volt In form of the Voltes V robot with the complete main characters (Steve Armstrong, Mark Gordon, Robert 'Big Bert' Armstrong, Little John Armstrong and Jamie Robinson) in the rays of the lightning which emerges from the transformation of the machine. At the back is one of the main antagonists of the series, Prince Heinel, standing out as a character in his red aura.
On the back is a stylized icon of the Voltes V helmet with the number 40 on the face shield. It's a symbol that anyone who wears the shirt has his/her own little helmet as a true fan of the Voltes V series.
