This is a series of 12 micro-movies made as part of the two-week Wood Street Studios project, lead by We Are and supported by Think Big, where artists took over empty shop units in Wakefield, England. The films explore how Instagram and other social media could be used to tell stories in 60-seconds or less and how the platforms could be used to piece together scenes as seperate videos. The story reflects the experience of the residency for myself as a filmmaker and Rachel as an actor and storyteller; exploring themes of procrastination and inspiration. The micro-movies were made in July 2016 and mainly use the Wood Street Studio as their location. They have been shown during Wakefield Artwalk at the Wood Street Studio (July 2016) and The Art House (November 2016).
