Reconstraction of an old, former building of a Serbian shipping company
by Natalia Zivulovic
Bicycle stop is on the quay Sava, by the river Sava in Belgrade. It is placed in a former building of a Serbian shipping company, under Branko's Bridge.

The building was abandoned and dilapidated, without a roof. All interventions that were made were made inside the building. The facade wasn't touched.

The reconstructed object is connected with bicycle lanes on the quay, on one side and Branko's bridge on the other. Second floor of the building, which is also the last floor, is connected to the Branko's bridge by a ramp. The ramp allows cyclists to cross to the bicycle lanes on the old part of the city easily from the opposite side of the river and along the way they can rest, picnic and enjoy the view.

Entire facility consists of ramps and landings. The building can be used as an open movie theater in the evening and can also serve as an exhibition space. The center of the building is a green atrium.
