Perfecting the self-righting action across three sizes and three styles while keeping the weight to a minimum was a challenge. Quick and extensive iterative testing resulted in success. The natural rubber base is carefully weighted with a fully encapsulated dense rubber plug, counterbalancing the EVA foam and high denier ballistic polyester upper. Seams are cover stitched in key areas for durability, and all materials are fully bonded to prevent delamination and water infiltration.
