Timbuktu Labs
'Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls' is a children's book packed with 100 bedtime stories about the life of 100 extraordinary women from the past and the present, illustrated by 100 female artists from all over the world, and is published by Timbuktu Labs. This project was a huge crowdfunding success. In fact it was the most funded book in crowdfunding history, raising more than 1 million dollars! How cool is that?
So proud I got to be part of this project and portray one of these 'rebel girls':

Cocofloss
Another fun assignment: creating an illustration for a flossing brand! Cocofloss is a collaboration between the Cu sisters, Chrystle (dentist) and Cat (artist), and their goal is to make flossing and oral care more fun, motivating and rewarding for everyone. Doesn't that sound fantastic?

C H R I S T M A S C A M P A I G N
Solberg & Hansen
This was a very special project I worked on for Solberg & Hansen: a Norwegian specialty coffee brand (since 1879) that focuses on quality, sustainability and fair trade. They wanted an eye-cathing makeover for their products (coffee, tea, chocolate and gifts) that would match the upcoming the festive season in December. I tried to focus on creating happy, warm and cosy-looking illustrations that would bring a smile to peoples faces. My main goal was creating the perfect Christmas gift: specialty coffee, tea or chocolate wrapped in happy and festive packaging!

An illustration I made for Flow Magazine #2 of 2017 about 'grace'. This article was all about how adding a little bit more grace to our lives will increase our happiness and that of others.
Flow Magazine is a Dutch magazine all about positive psychology, mindfulness, creativity and the beauty of imperfection, and gets published in English as well.
