Founded in 1986, Nordgren-Fandrich Insurance Co. is an Easton based,independent insurance agency that provides a range of insurance productscovering home, auto and business insurance needs. Located at 798 WashingtonStreet, Nordgren-Fandrich is a small family owned business that focuses onsolid customer service and personal attention to all its clients.
Additionally, the client has expressed a desire to be able to edit thecontent of the website herself as well as expand the website to include moremarketing material for the different kinds of insurance that Nordgren-Fandrichprovides. She also wanted toinclude a facebook link as well as a BBB icon on the website.
One of the biggest weaknesses of the website's original design was in branding.The website didn’t feel like it was specific to Nordgren-Fandrich Insurance Co.Instead it has a more generic quality that did not convey to the user thepersonal care and attention provided by the company. If we are to let a new client know what the company standsfor we need to bring that philosophy of friendly, personal service into thedesign of the website.
With this in mind, the redesign focused on projecting a warmprofessionalism as well as simplifying the website so that the content is morestrongly organized and easier to browse.
