The Sagrada Familia is more of a sculpture than just a building. The excitement to witness its greatness begins when you can spot it from behind the trees almost half a mile away. In theory, the most awing thing has to be the amount of calculation and logic every element carries with it. In reality, however, you find yourself trying to grasp and reconcile all that you had heard about it from various sources. Very easy to spot, infact, is the difference between what is already built and that which is in process of being constructed. Is it the reaction that the stone has had with the natural forces that makes the already built look more rustic or is the skill really on a descent?
