SOGO ESSENTIALS Blog (link) is a microsite project designed as a part of the 2016 SOGO ESSENTIALS online campaign.
Due to the rapid growth of social media advertising over the recent years, as a department store, SOGO is aiming to create innovative, interactive campaign ideas through social media platforms. The objective is not only to build trust and create a stronger brand image but also to generate a platform where new ideas and inspirations are shared with readers, as well as providing a social networking service that allows readers to interact with directly. Through this, SOGO has become the first department store in Hong Kong that has created a blog as a part of their online brand advertising strategy.
