SOGO Hong Kong (link) Thankful Week is the definitely one of the most looked forward sales period in Hong Kong. As a tradition, SOGO organises Thankful Week every May and November each year. During Thankful Weeks, herds of shoppers would gather at the entrance SOGO before long before its opening hours. Once the doors are opened at 10am, hundreds of shoppers rushed in simultaneously for bargainous buys at the department store’s 2 weeks long sale.

To add up the excitement, on the first day of the Thankful Week in May 2016, SOGO projected a countdown video on the 2 LED screens located right outside of the SOGO Causeway Bay main entrances. The design is based on the May 2016 Thankful Week theme/concept, Ready, Set, SOGO!, which is excitement, playful, whimsical, fresh, cheerful and bright, along with the Be Inspired Spring bright but pastel colour tone.
