México D.F.

“If I’d ever go to a city, I’d like that to be Mexico D.F. That someone writes it down, that someone put it in words, that someone engraves it upon my tomb once I’ll die. I want to know how it feels when everyday they rape you, they beat you, they love you and they break you down. When day after day tacos, roads, cumbias, violence, illusions, fights, devotions and injustices face you up, when so many people go out with knives and they stab you frenetically. I want to know how the most controversial, bizarre, devote, sensual, disproportional and deeply unpredictable megalopolis in Latin America is. This monster which you quickly learn to love and which you could never end up hating though sometimes it freaks us out.”
