I have always thought that the capital of Lebanon is a parable of what the world is becoming, a space where we get superimposed but without getting in contact, where we walk but without getting contaminated. Sometimes, a little spark explodes and this bond that kept us in calm, start burning. When I met Beirut, it was burning and our world seemed quiet.
