// A manifesto
This is the publication element of my Final Major Project from Graphic Communication BA (hons), UCA Farnham. It featured text generated by a custom tool I created as part of the project. The content is an extended version of my undergraduate thesis, which was that:
As users of technology, designers and other creative practitioners are too reliant on a set of ubiquitous software tools (although I feel this statement applies to all users of technology, currently). These tools arrive to us with meaning embedded in them by their authors, via default settings, creating potential for a reduced visual discourse. To counter this danger we need to gain a deeper understanding of our tools, and perhaps start making some of our own.
