SYSTEM YA MAJAMBAZI
"System ya Majamabazi" is a mix of an English and Swahili word to mean "The System of Thugs."
Following the current unfortunate corruption state in my country, I have been thinking...As an artist what is my responsibility on this whole issue. That's what prompted me to come up with these pieces to interpret how corruption is killing the development of the Nation and even the African continent as a whole. This is my simple way of contributing to the debate that hopefully will change this vice. While the corrupt enjoy basking in the sun of theft, innocent human beings are literally being scaled down to lifeless beings.
