Mayalino is an online shop selling the typical men’s clothes in Yucatan: guayaberas.
The main objective from the client was to achive distinction through naming and sale channel.
The name was created with the pairing of the words Maya + Lino, mixing location and culture with the guayaberas' main raw material. As a result, we drew a line dividing Mayalino from the rest who included the Word "guayabera" in their names.
We aimed to create an elegant, modern and reliable Brand, able to communicate the values and vision of Mayalino.
The symbol was designed under the concept of the guayabera (which has the distintive vertical lines and big pockets) forming in a free shield the letter M.
