Most of the people who grew up in my generation were exposed to a wide line of superheroes. From Super Friends, The Plastic man, Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, Batman: The Animated Series, X-Men, to He-Man. We looked forward to 4pm (Kenyan time) when the only existing TV station then (KBC) went on air so that we could watch these great heroes.
I became a fan, even as an adult I have still been moved by SCIFIs that bring out Superheroes in a creative way. Part of it being also that there is a lot to learn from them. Things like endurance, positivity, courage and boldness…
This like for superheroes inspired me to come up with my own version of one. My intentions were not just to create as an Artist but bring out a hero who would be vital in providing a solution to a vice.
In Season 1 of this project my superhero has just been unveiled and he’s on a mission to save lives. His first location is a couple of hospitals in the country.
