In order to create anticipation toward Adobe MAX Japan event on September 2nd, 2016, we initiated the “MAX Challenge” - a competition challenging users in Japan to use their creativity to redefine the Adobe MAX logo in their own perspective.
More than 200 artwork were submitted on Behance with hashtag #maxjp during the 4 week campaign. Momentum of the campaign was driven by series of tutorial How-To blogs on the Adobe Japan blog.
Submitted works were displayed using projection mapping onto a 3D MAX logo visual at the entrance of the event, with each creator’s name watermarked and recognizable on their individual pieces.
