This Johnson & Johnson "Balancing Work and Family" program was designed as an internal corporate communications package for J&J employees. This program consisted of a portfolio kit, a series of brochures and workbooks for Elder Care and Child Care, an overview brochure as well as an exhibit. Throughout this project we used a series of custom Black and White photographs giving a very intimate and personal touch to this campaign. This design look and feel was applied to all elements of the program to give a unique design to all "Balancing Work and Family" collateral.
