Lotus Chips
A delicately delightful snack!
Several years ago, a couple of ladies approached me with their marketing dilemma. They had a fantastic recipe, and ideas for variations of it, with no means of packaging nor the knowledge of how to package their product. After some consideration, a cost effective method was presented — a simple white lunch bag with a classy black ribbon tie closure. Labels — front and back— would differentiate between the various flavors. The chefs would cook, bag and weigh in airtight foil pouches, then complete the packaging project with the white bags and labels. This method allowed them to grow the company at the pace the orders arrived and were filled without massive inventory of packaging.

Photography was executed on each flavored chip and inserted into the front label design. Ingredients listed and nutritional facts were certified.

They went on to be a rather successful business started on a shoestring, or chip actually!
