Gino's East is a Chicago landmark, famous for their classic deep dish pie. I worked with the company who brought that famous pizza to Texas. In 18 months, we opened 7 Texas locations. I oversaw the interior design of each location – from the mural and chalkboard design and entry neon signage to managing the sourcing of artwork and sign painters. Each location had different design challenges to solve while maintaining the cozy and authentic feel of the original Gino's East.
