This is a series of photos for a message series called "Baggage." The idea was to show an everyman literally carrying a suitcase, that represented the baggage of the human condition. There is a loose narrative here, evidenced by figure setting the suitcase down eventually and walking into a life of better health. Obvious and flimsy, I know. However, it successfully communicated the concept of the series. I directed the shoot. My good friend and brilliant photographer Justin McBee loaned me the gear and modeled for the project.
