P90X | POWERband
The P90X POWERband handles are a home-gym accessory designed for retail in mass-market and sporting goods channels. These are designed to work in conjunction with flat elastic resistance bands and allow the user two different hand positions, adjustability of length and adjustability of resistance. They are a two-piece construction which is then over-molded with a softer PU for the grip surfaces.

band resistance is adjusted by switching between flat elastic bands (thicker = higher resistance, thinner=lower resistance), length is adjusted by sliding more or less band through the bars at the bottom of the handles.
