Drawing mainly on ideas about the nature of borderline personality disorder and its treatment this one day workshop will address the following questions:

What is personality and what is a personality disorder?

For a person suffering from a personality disorder what are the barriers to change and how can these be overcome?

How can a knowledge of personality disorder help a person to deal with the relatively ordinary problems that occur in everyday relationships?
